ORDERS

1.      We have the right to accept/refuse orders. Your order for products shall only be binding on us when you receive confirmation that a product has been shipped.

2.      If we refuse your order, your money will be returned in full.

3.      You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide that is necessary for us to process your order and/or ship your order to the correct location. If an order has not been shipped, or shipped to an incorrect location due to such inaccuracy, you alone are responsible.

4.      Dates for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence in relation to such dates. They are also subject to any matter beyond our reasonable control.

5.      If a delivery requires a signature to confirm receipt, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the products when delivered. It is also your responsibility to collect the products from any postal collection depot and/or arrange an alternative delivery date if you are not available to sign for the products.

6.      Any products purchased are for personal use only. The products cannot be resold and cannot be given to any third party.

7.      We are not responsible for safe delivery of goods because we do not ship the products directly. If the products are not delivered, arrive late, or are damaged in transit, you must take this up with the carrier. We will provide you with their contact details upon request.

8.      Payment is due at the time you place your order.

9.      If for any reason payment in full is not made, we may withhold or suspend delivery of the products

10.    Products will be delivered within 7 – 10 days, may vary the delivery period, subject to the location, public holidays, etc.

11.    Products will be shipped within 2 – 3 working days from the receipt of payment

12.    If any local taxes or any other expenses, that will not be in our part (for international shipping)

13.    If you do not receive the products within 15 working days, you are requested to wait for maximum of 20 days (for international shipping)

14.    Stitched Suits, Will NOT BE Exchanged or returned

15.    Product(s) MUST NOT BE CUT or changed or Used, OR ELSE that will not be applicable for exchange

16.    For International Shipments, Custom Duty / Import Duty If Charged, It has to be PAID by the BUYER.

 

Your Order will be CONFIRMED after we receive the Payment, and Product availability status is checked after receiving YOUR PAYMENT and will update the status. There are chances that EVEN AFTER you pay for the Product MAY Not be available, in that case we will Provide Easy Refunds or Adjustments.

Can I return the product?

You can request/send mail for return within 48 hours of receiving the product by you.

Any specific conditions for the products returns/replacements?

Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain conditions will NOT be accepted as per the following:-

  • If request for return is made after 48 hours of receipt of goods
  • If the Product is used or is not in its original condition.
  • If the caps is removed

  • If the product was damaged after use/opening.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Product with tampered or missing serial number/product code etc
  • Missing manufacturer’s tag especially in case of apparel and footwear.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Product(s) MUST NOT BE CUT or changed or Used, OR ELSE they would not be applicable for exchange

How do I return the product?  

 

It is very simple; within 48 hours of receiving a product, you can request a return via email at

Note: Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us/our Vendor. In case a replacement cannot be made by us, we will initiate a full refund.

Do I need to return the products in its original packaging?

Yes, it is important that the product to be sent back in its original packaging with original manufacturer’s tags, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including any free or/and complimentary items).

What is the resolution offered in case of returns?

In case of a return, possible solutions are:

 

Replacement of the product with a similar product (only if stocks are available with us/ our Vendor) or

Exchange – only for Apparel and Footwear or

Or full refund of your money.

 

Can I return any product purchased from you? Are there any products cannot be returned?

Except innerwear, cosmetics, herbal/ayurvedic products, perfumes, deodorants, fashion accessories, contraceptives, flowers, precious jewellery, toys and their accessories and any free/complimentary items supplied along with the main order.

Is there a time frame within which I can return the purchased product for a return/replacement?

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must intimate us within 48 hours of receiving the product by you. As per our returns policy category-wise details for return/refund are as follows:

 

Apparel and Footwear do not fit because of a size mismatch/issue.

Kids Products and Toys (non remote-controlled), Health & Beauty, Home & Kitchen, Apparel, Footwear, Books if they were defective and/or damaged when received. Products cannot be returned if the reason for return is other than “defective” or “damaged”.

Digital products, Mobile phones, Computers, Tablets, Home & Kitchen (electrical), Electronics and Appliances if found to be defective or damaged on arrival. The products cannot be returned if the reason for return is other than “defective” or “damaged”

However, if any manufacturing defect or damage is reported to us after 48 hours, we would need a DOA certificate/replacement certificate from the respective Brand’s authorized service centre to initiate the refund process. Without the DOA certificate/replacement certificate we will not be able to process the replacement or refund.

Do I need to send the product for replacement?

Yes, you will be required to courier the product to us and the courier charge will be on your expense. Please ensure that the product is in original and unused condition, complete with the original price tags, labels, original packing and invoice. Replacements are subject to availability of stock with us/our Vendor. In case a replacement is not available, we will initiate full refund.

To pay any charges for the returns?

We do not charge extra for returns and courier charge to be on your expense.

Will you refund the courier charges if I send the product back to you at my cost?

Yes, if you return the product thru Speed Post, we will reimburse the charges (with a maximum of Rs. 100). The refund of courier freight charges, if applicable, will be paid through cheque in favour of the ‘billing name’ provided at the time of placing the order or by issuing another product of the equivalent value. The courier charges will be reimbursed only after receipt of the product by us/our vendor.

REFUND

 

In what terms does SBL Cart issue refunds?

Refunds will be issued by SBL  Cart only when,

 

The order was cancelled by the customer within 24 hours or by SBL Cart

The customer returned a product and requested for a refund

Returns are not applicable on all the products on SBL Cart
